Ruin Dagger

Couldn’t cop coveted Valorant battle pass skin like the Ruin or Catrina dagger when they were released? It’ll be possible to buy them in Episode 7.

It’s common for Valorant players not to buy a particular skin and regret it later after hearing praise from others. Recon, Oni, and Ion are great examples of such bundles, but at least you have a 1 in a million chance to get them again through rotation. The same is not the case for battle pass content. Once it’s gone, it’s gone for good.

It’s impossible to rewind time and purchase a battle pass, but Riot will allow players to bag their favorite battle pass items starting from Episode 7. This means all skins, from Ruin to Catrina dagger, will become available.

Yes. From episode 7, players will be able to purchase previous battle pass skins, Riot has announced.

In a short video, the developer announced that Agent 23 would be a Sentinel and 24 would be a duelist. Besides, a new progression system was teased that will allow Valorantt players access to previous battle pass skins. This is huge for those who didn’t play Valorant in the early days but want to enjoy old cosmetic items.

Riot hasn’t yet revealed how exactly this system would work, but there’d likely be a catch. According to credible leaker ValorLeaks, a new currency will be introduced which could be used to progress through contracts and unlock accessories from previous battle passes. However, the developer hasn’t yet confirmed any such thing.

If that’s the case, the new currency besides VP may likely cost a higher price due to the rarity of battle pass items. But, for now, it’s all speculation. More should be revealed soon.

Valorant episode 7 will commence somewhere at the end of June, marking the entrance of Agent 23.
