Felix “xQc” Lengyel recently went public with the results of a sexual assault and domestic violence investigation.

A criminal investigation was recently opened up against xQc after his former wife Samantha “Adept” Lopez made sexual assault and domestic violence claims against him. It was the latest of ongoing drama between the two content creators, a public split that has resulted in a lot of tension and concerning accusations.

Did xQc assault Adept? Documents revealed

On June 9, 2023, Adept filed a protective order against xQc for “family violence” after he allegedly “harmed or threatened to harm” her. The protective order demanded that xQc maintain a 350-foot distance from her at all times, which was quite difficult when he accused her of staying in his home.

Twitch streamer Henry Resilient looked into the situation soon after. The former investigator had also leaked xQc’s divorce filings before, making him a very trusted source for this sensitive information. The legally obtained protective order details were shared by Henry Resilient, showing that it resulted in xQc not being convicted of anything.

While xQc is legally innocent of doing any physical or sexual harm to Adept, he has been accused of cheating by Adept and other partners in the past. He admitted that he has cheated on girlfriends and recently said on stream that he was not a good partner.

“Even though I care a lot, I hyperfocus on things. A lot of times I neglect people,” xQc admitted. “I don’t give them the time of day. I don’t give them time or acknowledgment. I don’t even water my plants. That was a problem with my relationships as well. I was a bad boyfriend. I was cold, withdrawn, and rarely there.”

Due to his ongoing past behavior, xQc said he was not surprised that some of his former partners “snapped,” although he didn’t know it would be as bad as it got with Adept and others.
