Fortnite players have taken a liking to Valorant’s iconic locations. This player has brought an entire map to Fortnite’s battle arena.
Battle royale and FPS players may not have much in common, but they both appreciate a good arena. Valorant’s Ascent is known for its automatic doors and summery scenery. This Fortnite player has taken his love for the map to a whole level.
A player named Neverty has brought Valorant’s cutthroat location Ascent into Fortnite using creative mode.
Neverty’s Ascent is an exact copy of Riot Games’ map, but it has a distinct Fortnite touch to it. The golden shadows are a tad bit darker, and bright colors look a little more vivid. Minor differences aside, the layout is precisely like Valorant’s Ascent.
The design is a carbon copy of Riot’s location, which makes it easier for Valorant players to chill on this map. Some of the areas in the locale are even more detailed than the original one. Details such as the papers scattered on the A site and a deeply engraved pattern on the B site’s floor look noticeably different. The bricks on the wall are also more realistic, thanks to Neverty’s attention to detail.
Neverty also shared some gameplay clips with a player model in a Spider-Man skin. While the map itself is very well-made, it’s definitely odd seeing Ascent from a third-person perspective with an iconic Marvel Comics character.
The whole location is recreated using Fortnite’s creative mode. While developing a map like Ascent might be impossible for many, players can still polish their skills in this Fortnite mode. It can be found in the lobby for Fortnite Battle Royale. Those looking to try it out need to click the button above the “Play” button after selecting “Creative.”
Valorant players can give Neverty’s map a spin by using the creative code 6386 6940 2913.
