Pro players have settled on leaning into K’Sante primary role as a tank rather than focusing their items and runes on making his skirmishing form more potent. Every single pro is consistently taking Flash and Teleport as their summoner spells with practically no exception. Players are almost exclusively building Sunfire Cape or Frostfire Gauntlet as their Mythic item, with more leaning into Sunfire than Frostfire.
