At this point in US history, it’s no surprise to see reality stars and celebrities running for president. But the streaming community is still hyped to hear that Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson is thinking of doing it himself once he becomes older.

MrBeast is one of the biggest YouTubers in the world with over 100 million subscribers. He also has his very own restaurant chain, a chocolate bar company, and a charity. This clearly isn’t enough for the ambitious content creator, who now has his eyes on politics.

MrBeast for president? He may run in 20 years

In an episode of Tiny Meat Gang, hosted by popular YouTubers Cody Kolodziejzyk and Noel Miller, MrBeast discussed the possibility of becoming a US president. Why? MrBeast apparently had many issues he wants to see fixed in his lifetime.

About an hour into the episode, MrBeast said he would think about it “in 20 years.” This would give him time to “make a ton of money” and then give it all away before announcing a campaign.

“Imagine I have 10 billion dollars and I just give it all away, and I’m just like, ‘I can’t be bought.’ I had it all. Give it all away. That’s pretty powerful,” MrBeast said. “And then, instead of giving it to lobbyists or agendas, I just like, do whatever’s good for the American people.”

Known for his charity and philanthropy, this doesn’t seem too out of the picture for MrBeast. The streamer himself noted that he honestly thinks he can run for president when he’s 40. But it’s not just his giving nature that has made him confident he could have a chance.

“Because I do think presidents are just getting way too f—ing old. Especially by then, a lot of the older people in America will die out and there will be more people around our age. I think we’re due for younger presidents,” MrBeast added.

MrBeast has brought up being president in the past.

In 2020, MrBeast discussed how “divided” America is. He said at the time that he was “stupid” and nobody would take him seriously, but he wanted to bring the country together.

This isn’t the first time MrBeast has hinted at running for Prez; he brought up the topic back in 2020, saying he’d like to run “one day” when he’s more mature.

Would you vote for MrBeast if he ran for president?
