The League of Legends offseason is heating up, with rumors and roster moves coming left, right, and center. One of the latest reported roster shuffles involves one of the LEC’s star rookie junglers, Iván “Razork” Martin Diaz.

According to a Twitter account known for leaking big LEC player moves ahead of time, the Misfits jungler is expected to play for Fnatic in 2022. Fnatic’s current jungler, Gabriel “Bwipo” Rau, is not expected to return to the roster after a drama-filled Worlds 2021 run.

Bwipo out, Razork in at Fnatic

Fnatic’s poor run at Worlds following Elias “Upset” Lipp’s last-minute departure due to an urgent family matter was marked by serious morale issues throughout the tournament. Changes were sure to come. Bwipo announced he would likely be taking time away from the professional scene in the coming year in a Twitlonger describing the team’s difficulties at the 2021 World Championship. According to LEC Wooloo, young Spanish jungler Razork will be chosen to replace Bwipo.

The Spanish rookie joined the LEC in 2020 after playing in European regional leagues for many years. He debuted at Misfits and has remained there in the two years since, hyped as an aggressive young talent with plenty of upside. Razork’s high potential hasn’t yet materialized into a domestic finals appearance, with his 2021 playoffs performance being his best placing at fourth place. The rumors of Razork’s Fnatic future have yet to be officially confirmed, but it’s a real possibility. Fnatic would be looking to replace Bwipo, and Razork likely wants the chance to compete for a trophy away from Misfits.

With Soren “Bjergsen” Bjerg leaving TSM, along with rumors of Luka “Perkz” Perkovic and Barney “Alphari” Morris playing together, and a new LEC team with team BDS, the end of 2021 promises to be exciting for League esports fans.
