Pokimane is one of the most popular Twitch streamers to manage skirting away from dating rumors. She has not confirmed any relationship publicly and she prefers to keep her personal life private. Despite this, speculations and rumors about her relationship status have continued circulating. 

In 2021, Pokimane introduced her friend Kevin on livestream, and fans were convinced that the two were dating. However, the rumors died down fairly quickly until recently. In her Streamer Awards montage, Pokimane referred to her plus-one as the “handsome man sitting beside me.” 

This has led to further speculation about her relationship status, and some fans have guessed that the mystery man could be her boyfriend. But who is the mystery man?

Kevin has appeared on Pokimane’s streams a few times, but little is known about him. From her streams with Kevin, it’s been gathered that he is a med school and computer science graduate, not a streamer himself. This was interesting to note since Pokimane has clarified that she would date someone who isn’t a streamer.

Besides that, Kevin’s details are unknown. Pokimane’s Streamer Award shoutout has left fans curious about her dating life, but it’s unlikely that she’d elaborate.
