Another Prime Gaming reward is coming to Valorant soon, and it is likely hinting towards a popular skin bundle. Here’s how to claim your Dance of Luck Buddy.
Extravagant Valorant skins aren’t affordable for everyone. Riot Games’ regular free rewards help all players enjoy Valorant’s in-game cosmetics. These free skins may not be as lavish as the exclusive items, but they sure add some color to inventory.
Valorant developers recently rolled out a sleek Shorty skin, but it’s not stopping there. Dance of Luck Buddy is next on Riot’s free Prime Gaming rewards list.
The latest reward likely stems from Chinese mythology and is inspired by popular Lion dance.
A large lion head is adorned with green charms, resembling the traditional lion dance. It’s a tiny gun buddy, but the head and beard add a fierce touch to it that’d surely pop on minimal skins. While this gun chain is making the rounds for its unique design, players have missed a key detail. The Dance of Luck Buddy bears a striking resemblance to the most coveted Valorant skin bundle, Oni.
Oni is dubbed the king of all Phantom skins in Valorant for its smooth sound animations and colorful exterior. Riot has previously rolled out the second edition of many popular skins, so this gun buddy could also be a hint. It does seem like a nod to lion dance, but the gun charm could just also be another teaser for the next Valorant skin bundle.
Players have long been requesting Oni 2.0 collection. It shouldn’t be a surprise if Riot is cooking something behind the scenes. The developer recently published a Magepunk 2.0 after player requests, so a second edition for Oni isn’t entirely out of the equation. Whatever the case, players are happy they get to enjoy a free gun buddy for now.
The gun buddy hasn’t officially arrived on the Prime Gaming page yet, but it should soon come. To cop the attractive charm, players must have an active Prime Gaming subscription. Follow these steps to claim the gun buddy once it’s arrived.
