Riot Games has been going all out to promote Arcane and that isn’t slowing down any time soon.
The latest example is a
video
highlighting the process of creating Imagine Dragons’ theme song for Arcane, the catchy track “Enemy” that was featured throughout Worlds 2021. The video puts into perspective the huge scale of Arcane’s production timeline, as well as giving some insights into the process of putting together a soundtrack for such a huge entertainment endeavor.

What is Arcane’s theme song?
Arcane’s theme song is “Enemy” by Imagine Dragons.
Imagine Dragons is best known in the League of Legends community for its World Championship anthem “Warriors,” which was a smash hit with fans and came with a gorgeous music video. Imagine Dragons was a key part of the growth of Riot Games’
musical acts.
Imagine Dragons describes Riot coming to them years ago with very early conceptual work on the series. The element of Arcane’s story that Imagine Dragons latched onto was the fighting spirit of rebels and underdogs in the undercity. Enemy was clearly in the works for a very long time.
The video’s interviews seem to have been taken during the filming of the 2021 Worlds Show Open when Imagine Dragons was brought into a set to film the Show Open ahead of time. After Riot decided not to have a live show due to health concerns, the Worlds finals pivoted to having a prerecorded video full of dazzling special effects.
The Imagine Dragons musicians laugh at the flattering depiction of Arcane’s animation style and praise the world that Riot Games and Studio Fortiche have brought to life. Arcane’s second act features a scene in which an in-world version of Imagine Dragons performs the song in the background.
Arcane’s third and final act will premiere on November 20 at 12 a.m. PT. Between secret origins stories, mysterious masked men, and everything else going on, Arcane’s final act promises to be explosive.
