Amouranth reveals the real reason behind her eighth Twitch ban

Amouranth ban

Controversial streamer and OnlyFans model Kaitlyn “Amouranth” Siragusa was recently handed her eighth Twitch ban, which left everyone wondering what she did now.

On January 27, Amouranth received yet another ban on Twitch — and once again, the reason was unknown. The OnlyFans model is no stranger to controversy and the spotlight and has expressed how bans are a great marketing tactic. For her, at least, this statement can be true since her bans last for barely a few days. This was no different.

After staying unsearchable for one day, Amouranth was unbanned on January 29. During her short time away, she revealed the reason behind the ban.

Why was Amouranth banned on Twitch?

Taking to Twitter, Amouranth attributed the ban to an accidental slip. However, she was banned for only one day.

Quoting StreamerBans’ post announcing the ban, she said: “Man, that slip was crazy. My bad.”

Wardrobe malfunction bans are common on Twitch, but in Amouranth’s case, they are the norm. It’s likely due to the platform’s short-lived bans that the streamer takes them lightly and doesn’t bother to be more careful.

Considering this was her eighth ban, gamers are questioning Twitch for being too lenient with Amouranth. She has a history of breaching TOS and repeated bans on her profile.

Some fans are even calling it a holiday and have recommended Twitch to call it a “suspension” instead of a ban.
