Felix “xQc” Lengyel recently slid into Selena Gomez’s DMs on a dare.
xQc is one of the most famous streamers in the world, known for his over-the-top antics on Twitch. He’s often been associated with streamer-related drama, whether it be ditching other creator’s events or having a pricey divorce from his ex, Adept. But the newly single streamer has decided to shoot his shot at one of the most famous women in the world, Selena Gomez.
On March 24, xQc explained the situation on a livestream.

Streamer JustAMinx made headlines in the streaming world when she forced QTCinderella to shut down her Streamer Awards afterparty due to
drunken antics. xQc and others expressed worry for the streamer, with the Juicer even urging JustAMinx’s friends to help her stop drinking.
It appears that xQc was concerned because he’s friends with JustAMinx. During a call between the two streamers, JustAMinx dared xQc to
DM Selena Gomez.
“She convinced me,” xQc said. “I told her it wouldn’t work. But she convinced me to DM Selena Gomez and I f—ing did it.”

While this riled up the chat, xQc immediately dashed everyone’s hopes when he admitted that Gomez’s account doesn’t accept private messages. This was a huge letdown for xQc after he got up the courage to even try in the first place.
“I was like, ‘Ah, man, f— you,'” xQc ranted.
Unfortunately, xQc and Selena Gomez won’t be an item at this time. But fans urged xQc not to give up hope. Gomez has confirmed that she is single, although it’s unclear if she would get along with the Juicer.
