What are the least and most used classes in Diablo 4?
In Diablo 4, players must pick a class for their character. With five classes in total, what are the least and most used classes in Diablo 4?
Diablo 4 has five different classes for players to choose from. Each class has its own combat style and traits that set them apart from the others. The classes are Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Rogue, and Sorcerer.
According to PlayerAuctions, Diablo 4 has an estimated count of 2.9 million daily players.
Most used class in Diablo 4
Out of the almost 3 million characters being played on a daily basis, one class is the clear favorite. Diablo GM Rod Fergusson shared through Twitter that Sorcerer is the most played class in the game.
Sorcerer and Barbarian are the two classes that have been a consistent part of the Diablo series. Players are most familiar with these classes, so it doesn’t come as a surprise that Sorcerer is number one.
Sorcerers use elemental magic, making it a class with a diverse play style. It is also the strongest class in the entire game at the moment, but not so overpowered as to require a nerf.
Least used class in Diablo 4
On the opposite side of the spectrum is the least used class, Druid. On Reddit, players have discussed what makes Druids so unpopular.
According to players, aesthetically and visually, Druids are not on the same level as the other classes. In Diablo 4, Druids have a robust design, a body type that players don’t find attractive enough. The cosmetic options for Druids are lackluster in comparison with the others. Others pointed out how Diablo 4 hasn’t promoted Druids as heavily through its channels.
To make things worse for Druid, they are not as strong. This class offers the perfect opportunity for theory crafting and experimentation with builds. The issue is players are not willing to invest money in perfecting their Druids.
