How to get the Rescue Hook in Content Warning

Content Warning is fun to watch, but content creators know how quickly things can get dicey in the Old World. Thankfully, you can get the Rescue Hook to escape dangerous situations.

In Content Warning, the main goal for a player is to go viral, get views, and make tons of money. However, only good views can achieve all these goals, and those videos require you to put yourself in dangerous situations. But what if it gets too risky, and you want to come back out? That’s where Rescue Hook in Content Warning comes in.

As evident from the name, a rescue hook is a device that players can toss toward another destination, pulling them to safety. It only gets stuck against hard surfaces, so you need good aim and map understanding to get the full juice out of it.

How to get Rescue Hook in Content Warning

Like other coveted gadgets in Content Warning, the Rescue Hook can be purchased from the exclusive Item Shop Kiosk. It’s a high-end item, listed under the gadget tabs at a hefty $250, a significant investment in the game. Only the elite SpookTubers can afford this game-changing tool.

Once you have added to the cart and clicked on the purchase button, the delivery drone will drop the Rescue Hook’s crate on the ground. Collect it and start using it.

How to use Rescue Hook

You can use the Rescue Hook to save yourself or your allies.

To save yourself:

  • First, make sure Rescue Hook is fully charged. You can charge it at the Solar Panel or the charging station.
  • If a monster is attacking you, aim toward an area with a hard surface that is in the opposite direction of danger.
  • You may also use a laser to better aim for a safe direction.
  • Release the Rescue Hook to land safely.

To save an ally:

  • Simple aim with Rescue Hook towards the body of the ally.
  • Activate the Rescue Hook to pull them towards you.
  • Make sure to pick an angle that doesn’t have any solid obstacles between you and your ally.

That’s all you need to know about using Rescue Hook in Content Warning.
