Sova in Valorant

Sova’s viability on Breeze is no secret, and this new trick further proves why he’s an excellent pick.

Maps with sky openings are Sova’s home turf. The Russian Initiator can pull off wild tricks with his traditional bow and arrow, but on Breeze, his viability is unmatched. From gathering intel to drawing out enemies from A site’s choke points, Sova can do it all.

This new trick demonstrates why he’s the perfect support agent on Breeze.

Breeze’s one-way vents could heavily support the attackers, especially since Riot closed down the mid area inside the tube. Unfortunately, the vents are only accessible for players inside the tube. Imagine if you could slither inside the doors from outside. The enemies would never see you coming.

Sova-Omen combination on Valorant map Breeze

Omen Valorant

This Sova and Omen combination makes it possible to exploit the vents from outside and take enemies by surprise. This trick was originally used by Valorant team Ovation esports during a pro game and later recreated by several other content creators. For this trick, Sova needs only his Shock Dart to open the vents for Omen.

Follow the lineup in the video to shoot Sova’s dart towards the vent. As soon as the arrow hits the vent, it would open ajar. That’s when Omen should activate their teleport and move towards the other side of the vent. This trick could be huge game-altering in Premier Valorant matches, where second-mid control holds a lot of value.

The best part about this trick is that it’s easy to execute and doesn’t require a lot of utility and gymnastics. Even low-ranked players can learn this and impress their Gold teammates. However, the most tricky part is likely the timing and communication. Both the teammates must be totally aware and in sync to use their utility in time.
