Of the 18 greatest Dota 2 teams in the world, only three remain in contention for the biggest prize pool in esports history.

Only two matches are left to be played at The International 10. The lower bracket finals will determine which team deserves a second chance at the $18 million grand prize. The winner of that match will then face PSG.LGD in the best-of-five grand finals. This match is the biggest Dota 2 betting opportunity of the year, so be sure to place a wager while you can. Here’s our analysis and picks for The International 10 grand finals. And for the absolute best Dota 2 TI10 odds, head to Stake.com.

Team Secret vs Team Spirit TI10 betting analysis

It’s important to note that TI10 has two matches on championship Sunday. First will be the loser’s final between Team Secret and Team Spirit, which will determine PSG.LGD’s opponent in the grand finals. It’s important to consider both teams when deciding how to bet on The International 10 grand finals.

Team Secret is the favored team in this first matchup. Clement “Puppey” Ivanov’s squad stomped over OG and Invictus Gaming on its way to the podium. The Europeans squad looked somewhat competitive in its match against PSG.LGD. Considering its long upper bracket run, Team Secret is appropriately favored to win versus team Spirit. A $20 bet on Secret 2-0 will earn $54 at Stake.

It’s hard to bet against Puppey’s legacy, but Team Spirit is the big breakout surprise of The International 10 playoffs. The roster has a uniquely aggressive style that’s difficult to play against. Just ask Invictus Gaming, who fell one spot short of the podium after losing to Spirit.

Spirit’s core duo of Illya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk and Alexander “TORONTOTOKYO” Khertek are particularly vicious, with each averaging a KDA of 7.30. Stake rates the underdogs at 2.31 odds for Spirit over Secret.

Team Secret vs PSG.LGD TI10 betting analysis

The most likely grand finals matct for The International 10 is a rematch from the winner’s bracket finals. Team Secret came close to beating PSG.LGD in both of the two games it lost to the Chinese side. The shorter of the two games lasted 42 minutes, and game two was extremely close with Secret even taking the first barracks. Puppey never misses out on a learning opportunity, and the best-of-five format aids his evolving style even further. Even with that in mind, expect one game from Secret at most.

PSG.LGD looks almost unstoppable at The International 10. Carry Wang “Ame” Chunyu has the highest KDA of the event at 11.05 plus the highest GPM at 735. Add in the drafting prowess of captain Zhang “y`” Yiping and it’s easy to see why he’s already an Aegis winner from The International 2016. LGD hasn’t lost a single game since its first playoff series, and that trend could continue in the grand finals. Even if you go for the safe bet, make sure to get the best odds by going to Stake.

Team Spirit vs PSG.LGD TI10 betting analysis

Team Spirit is the Cinderella story of The International 10. The rookie roster went from being laughed at in press conferences to knocking out defending champion OG in a two-game sweep. Spirit’s podium run could invigorate the CIS region for the 2022 Dota Pro Circuit season. But beating Secret in a best-of-three and then PSG.LGD in a best-of-five is barely within the realm of possibility. A single game won would be an achievement.

While Team Spirit’s uniquely aggressive style has gotten it this far, it’s difficult to suggest it would be enough to overtake PSG.LGD. If anything, LGD is uniquely suited to take on Spirit’s style. Secret already attempted to steamroll the Chinese favorite with death ball strategies only to get run over in return.

The experience differential between these teams is the real kicker. This is every Spirit player’s first time at The International except for captain Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov, and his last appearance was in 2017. Meanwhile, most of PSG.LGD’s roster has either already won The International or has finished in the top three at the event multiple times.

The odds for this possible TI10 grand finals matchup will be even lower. Maximize your winnings with the best possible TI10 odds on Stake, especially if you plan to bet on PSG.LGD in three clean games.
