PUBG Mobile Club Open fall registration open with $2.5 million prize

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Mobile Club Open registration is finally open. 

From August 8 to August 22, teams from ten regions can register to play in the fall split, where they will compete for part of a $2.5 million prize pool. These regions include Southeast Asia, China, Europe, North America, South Asia, Japan, MENA, South America, and Korea. Any teams from a country not included in those regions may enter under the Wildcard Region. 

Teams must have four players, and can have one substitute. At least three of the players must be from the same region. More rules can be found here. 

China, Japan, and Korea can’t currently register. Those countries will have a registration date to be announced at a later time. Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam also cannot register. They will instead qualify through their respective regions’ national championship. 

PMCO Fall Split tournament details

Once registration ends, teams will play in the qualification rounds between August 29 and September 8. The top 32 qualifying teams will enter group stages, which start on September 24. Each team will compete within their own region. 

At this point, 16 of the best teams in the world will take part in the regional finals, held between October 12 and November 3. Some regions will even have live events for this stage of the competition. 

The best PUBG Mobile teams will advance to the Global Finals in December. 

The current country to beat could be China, who recently took home the $180,000 victory at the PUBG Mobile Club Open in Berlin.
