MrBeast surpasses PewDiePie in total views on YouTube

YouTuber Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson has reached another milestone, beating Felix “PewDiePie” Kjellberg at yet another record.
PewDiePie “retired” from his YouTube career a few years back, using the platform for vlogging and meme content in a more casual way while he focused on his growing family. While he once dominated the YouTube scene, his decision to remove himself from the rat race left room for big names like MrBeast to shatter previous records set by the gaming icon.
In November of last year, MrBeast flew past PewDiePie’s 111 million subscriber count and has now reached 170 million on his main channel alone. This prompted PewDiePie to even acknowledge MrBeast’s YouTube presence, telling him to take his spot.
And now, MrBeast has reached another milestone.
MrBeast beats another PewDiePie YouTube record
On July 26, 2023, MrBeast surpassed PewDiePie’s total views record.
According to MrBeast Statistics on Twitter, MrBeast currently has a daily view average of over 46.33 million views. Last month was his second-highest monthly view gain. At this point, MrBeast is in the top 45 most-viewed channels on YouTube.
PewDiePie recently had the top spot with 29,069,308,089 views but now, MrBeast has 29,077,461,841 views on his main channel. This number will keep changing over time but he most likely will keep this top spot in the near future. While PewDiePie is cooling down on content, MrBeast is amping up his own career with massive videos, charity work, and other upcoming projects.
