League of Legends Arcane brings cross-game content to Among Us
League of Legends animated series Arcane is already at the center of two cross-game collaborations, and another is coming up with Among Us.
RiotX Arcane progress days are here and there are even more games involved than what fans were expecting. A recent tweet from League of Legends profiles revealed that Arcane skins are set to come to Among Us.
A video was posted showing off many of the previously revealed content offerings for RiotX Arcane, including skins for Valorant, League of Legends, and Wild Rift. Snuggled into the middle of those was the reveal of two Among Us skins, based on Arcane’s Heimerdinger and an “Enforcer.”
The reveal came one day after the release of the first three episodes of Arcane. In the show, Heimerdinger appears as a sagely scientific expert in Piltover. The Enforcers are a paramilitary police force that guard VIPs in Piltover and flex its authority over the people of the lower city.
As of this writing, Among Us hasn’t actually confirmed any sort of collaboration with Arcane as of yet. Fans can expect that confirmation to come in the near future, as well as further details on how to acquire the new goods.
Among Us joins PUBG Mobile, Fortnite with Arcane collabs
The Among Us x Arcane collab is the third game outside of the Riot Games umbrella to promote the animated series by offering up in-game rewards.
Ahead of Arcane’s release, Fortnite data miners discovered that a Jinx skin was set to be released in the popular battle royale. Alongside this, PUBG Mobile revealed a collaboration with Arcane featuring four characters from the show.
Along with these third-party collaborations, Riot is extensively cross-branding Arcane across all of its gaming properties. RiotX Arcane drops extended across League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Wild Rift, Legends of Runeterra, and Valorant.
Riot has really pulled out all the stops in terms of making Arcane’s launch a massive deal.
