Jessica Blevins, the wife and manager of Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, is looking at a new career path after catalyzing a massive, dramatic blowout between her husband and streamer Imane “Pokimane” Anys.

In January, Jidon “JiDion” Adams was permanently banned by Twitch after directing harassment towards Pokimane. While pleading with Twitch to reactivate his account, JiDion got into a conversation with Ninja where the Fortnite superstar claimed he would reach out to his Twitch contacts to help him.

Pokimane immediately questioned why Ninja would support someone who was banned for harassing her. While this would have been the start of a controversy all on its own, things were dialed up further by Blevins.

Was Ninja going to sue Pokimane?

Ninja’s wife, Jessica Blevins, seemingly sent messages to Pokimane suggesting that Nina’s team may sue her for defamation.

After Pokimane’s stream addressing Ninja’s comments, Pokimane posted a screen-grabbed direct message from Twitter between herself and Blevins. They show Blevins stating that Pokimane was harassing her husband while implying that they were prepared to initiate legal action. Blevins claims that Ninja wasn’t actually going to reach out to anyone at Twitch but Pokimane stood by her previous comments, saying it was still important for people to hear about the situation.

Since then, there has been no word on whether litigation moved forward and the Pokimane vs. Ninja beef has moved away from the public eye. But recently, Blevins announced that she was stepping down from her position as Ninja’s manager.

Blevins stated that she has plans to focus on her own streaming career now. A new manager will be hired for her husband. The person will have to “eat, breathe, and sleep team Ninja” like Blevins once did. This will allow Blevins to step back and focus on her own career.

“He’s super supportive. He just wants me to be happy,” Blevins said on Sportify It.

Pokimane collaborating with JiDion

Blevins seems more focused on her streaming career than continuing to fight a legal battle against Pokimane. And it seems that the drama has died down for good anyway, with JiDion recently announcing a collaboration with the woman he was punished for harassing.

Even JiDion’s own fans are confused by the sudden announcement. Many were also not a fan of Pokimane’s discussion of the collaboration, as she stated that not everything is “black and white.” This came after JiDion highlighted Pokimane’s use of a racial slur on Twitch years prior.

While the entire situation has been a rollercoaster for the streaming community, it seems that things have settled for. Blevins is focused on her streaming career instead of suing Pokimane, and Pokimane and JiDion may have buried the hatchet themselves.
