Here’s how to catch Enamorus in Pokemon Legends: Arceus
Pokemon Legends: Arceus has a lot of legendaries to catch, including Enamorus. Here’s how to catch this new legendary Pokemon.
Enamorus was the lone new legendary added in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. The Pokemon has garnered a decidedly mixed responses since it was first leaked to the public.
On the one hand, the new Pokemon’s appearance was widely derided. The newcomer looks more like a common enemy in a typical role-playing game than an actual Pokemon. Not only that, but as an addition to the “Forces of Nature” crew, “enamor” doesn’t really fit in with land, thunder, and tornado.
Regardless, Enamorus is still set to be a powerful force moving forward according to top Pokemon players. If it makes the jump to mainline Pokemon games, it could be a great choice for Trick Room teams. Its fairy-flying typing is incredibly strong and goes nicely alongside its distributed stats.
But how can Enamorus actually be caught in Pokemon Legends: Arceus? It’s a lengthy process, but also a worthwhile one.
Where to get Enamorus in Pokemon Legends: Arceus
Enamorus can be caught in the Crimson Mirelands’ Scarlet Bog after getting Landorus, Thundurus, and Tornadus.
Warning: Major spoilers ahead for the Pokemon Legends: Arceus story.
The player receives a request to catch the three Forces of Nature after defeating Volo in the Coronet Highlands and catching Giratina. In order to set this up, the player needs to finish the main story, then capture the Lake Guardians, Heatran, Cresselia, and Regigigas. After capturing Giratina, Cogita will give the player the mission to catch Landorus, Thundurus, and Tornadus.
After catching the Incarnate Forces of Hisui, the player needs to raise them to level 10 in the Pokedex. From there, talk with Cogita again and Enamorus will start appearing.
While Tornadus and Thundurus needed specific weather conditions to be met, Enamorus is much more accommodating. The Pokemon will just float around the Scarlet Bog at any time of day and in any weather condition.
Unfortunately, Enamorus will put up a fight with the trainer before battling actual Pokemon. Much like the trio, Enamorus will attack the player and force a potentially difficult game of cat and mouse. The good news is that it’s not difficult to capture the Pokemon once the battle actually begins.
