Here is how you can celebrate Star Wars Day in Fortnite

You can now celebrate May 4 in an epic way by playing Fortnite on Star Wars Day.

This new in-game event will celebrate the Star Wars community’s holiday by bringing back skins, cosmetics, and items from past seasons that allow players to experience the force. In Season 6, the Primal theme added simplicity to Fortnite.  Before that, it wasn’t uncommon to receive Star Wars cosmetics and rewards in-game. The latest such opportunity was Season 5 when Epic Games added The Mandalorian and Baby Yoda. Last year, Fortnite also introduced lightsabers, though that didn’t prove to be very popular with players.

As of now, there has not been any official list of content returning in the v16.30 update, but leaks have shown that three Star Wars weapons and items are coming back. One of these items is the Mando Bounty Beskar Umbrella glider, which was made available in Season 6 Chapter 2. The E-11 Blaster Rifle is also expected to return today, along with Mandalorian’s Jetpack, and the Amban Sniper Rifle.

Star Wars Day might also see the return of the Mandalorian skin and other exclusive cosmetics. A lot of Star Wars fans are thinking this may be the last chance to get their hands on items from the Mandalorian kit before it retires from the game for good. Other players are wondering if there will be completely new Star Wars skins and items, but there is no proof of this possibility at the moment. So if you’re holding out hope for some brand new Star Wars cosmetics, you may just have to keep on hoping.
