The first seasonal event is coming to Overwatch 2, and it’s everything fans expected and more!
Halloween Terror
is going live on Tuesday, October 25 and lasting until November 8. The Halloween-themed in-game event will bring a new take on Junkenstein’s Revenge and some limited time skins. Here is everything we know about Overwatch 2’s first event.
Halloween Terror includes new LTM: Junkenstein’s Revenge: Wrath of the Bridge
A trialer for Halloween Terror has given some insight into a brand new limited time mode coming to Overwatch 2 for Halloween. The festive mode is called Junkenstein’s Revenge: Wrath of the Bridge. It’s a four-player co-op game that’s based on Overwatch’s original Junkenstein’s Revenge mode.
In the trailer for Halloween Terror, Ashe, Junker Queen, Kiriko, and Sojourn appear to face off against Sombra, Symmetra, Winston, and waves of Zomnics. The squads will fight on Eichenwalde, where they will come face to face with a new creation.

Overwatch 2 Halloween skins
A dynamic collection of new skins are coming to Halloween Terror this year. This includes skins for two of the newest heroes, Kiriko and Junker Queen.
Witch Kiriko
Executioner Junker Queen
Previous Halloween skins will also be available once again, including the
Werewolf Winston skin from 2020. This skin in particular can be earned by watching Overwatch 2 streamers for four hours during the event’s two-week duration. Watching two hours of Overwatch 2 streams from select content creators will also get players a Werewolf Winston spray.
It’s currently unclear if there will be any other new skins. The Overwatch 2 community is hoping there will be more than just two new skins, which is a lot less than in previous years.
