Everything we know about Silas Hesk in Fortnite

The first Fortnite Crew skin of 2024 has been revealed.

If you’re a monthly member, you’re about to get a new character to join your Fortnite Crew as part of the January 2024 collection. Here is what we know so far about Silas Hesk.

Who is Silas Hesk in Fortnite?

Epic Games has revealed one character from the January 2024 collection named Silas Hesk.

Every month, Epic Games announces a collection of new original characters for Fortnite’s monthly members. They become available to paid members as part of a Crew Pack. The entire offering for January hasn’t been revealed just yet, but we do know that Silas Hesk is part of the group.

“He’s ready to sink his fangs in,” Epic wrote on X.

Silas Hesk appears to have a hat-wearing snake around his neck. The rest of his outfit is a mix of white and black tech material and then a hat to match his snake companion. The sunglasses add a mysterious element.

The Fortnite fanbase has been largely excited about Silas Hesk, with many applauding the various textures and materials. Some added that it’s one of the best Crew skins they’ve seen a while — maybe ever.

When is Silas Hesk coming to Fortnite?

If we follow the usual pattern for Fortnite’s Crew skins, they usually drop the month before. Players are expecting the next Crew pack to come out around December 31 as the end of the year fast approaches.

Fortnite players that want to get Silas Hesk, the rest of the skins, the Chapter 5 Season 1 battle pass, 1,000 V-Bucks, and more should sign up for the Crew membership. You’ll receive the Skull Scout outfit if you sign up ahead of January.

The Fortnite Crew membership is roughly $12 a month and can be canceled at any time.
