For a limited time, trainers will get the opportunity to collaborate with Team Mystic’s leader, Blanche. Here is everything you need to know about the next Pokemon Go event, A Mystic Hero.

In Pokemon Go, players are divided into three teams, Team Mystic, Team Valor, and Team Instinct. Each team has its own leader who players collaborate once they join. The leader is the one assessing your Pokemon, helping you train, and guiding you when it’s time to face the Team Rocket Go grunts.

If you are part of a team, you don’t get the opportunity to interact with other teams in any capacity until now. A Mystic Hero is an event where trainers assist Blanche as she learns more about a Pokemon. This event focuses on research tasks, so players must complete different tasks to advance through them.

A Mystic Hero event schedule and rewards

A Mystic Hero event starts on April 13 at 10 a.m. local time and will run through April 17 at 8 p.m. local time. During this time, players will receive the following bonuses:

The event includes a Special Research featuring Blanche, leader of Team Mystic. Trainers who complete it will encounter Lapras wearing a Blanche-themed accessory, a rare and exclusive version of Lapras. Players will only get one encounter with Lapras. Lucky players might encounter a shiny version.

Field Research tasks and Timed Research will be available during the event. Players can earn rewards like Stardust, Evolution Items, and Magnetic Lures for completing different research.

Most of the tasks will be focused on catching and evolving specific Pokemon. Prepare not only your PokeBall, but also your Pinap Berries, which grant more candy for catching a Pokemon.

All shiny Pokémon available in Pokémon GO in 2026 Pokemon
All shiny Pokémon available in Pokémon GO in 2026 Zachary Roberts Getting a shiny Pokémon in Pokémon GO is an absolute treat. It's not as easy to hunt certain things on that game as it is on something like Legends: Z-A or Scarlet and Violet, but you can endlessly play by walking around. The shiny odds are much higher, too. At 1/512 base odds, it's much more likely than in a mainline game, where the odds are 1/4096. If you're interested ...
