After almost a full year spent with the squad, AWPer FalleN has officially left to start his own Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster. While FalleN’s new team Last Dance has yet to debut in competitive play, the fully-Brazilian roster possibly represents Fallen’s final foray into competitive CSGO.
FalleN left Team Liquid as part of a
significant roster shuffle
in January. The squad’s returning captain Nicholas “nitr0” Cannella came back from a reasonably successful foray into Valorant, while French star Richard “shox” Papillon unexpectedly fills out the roster with fragging power. FalleN cited creative issues between him and Liquid mainstay Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski as the main reason for his leaving. While he is still technically signed to Team Liquid, FalleN will be missing out entirely on IEM Katowice.
Since FalleN leaving Team Liquid, the North American sponsor now sports Joshua “oSee” Ohm as its designated sniper.
