Who was the person at the end of the Bayonetta 3 trailer?

First, it’s important to consider the figure’s outline and glean as many details as possible. The character wields a curved sword with a tassel at the end. It could be a third counterpart to the Angel Slayer and Shuraba. The character also has a short haircut that appears to be white, but that could be the result of the lighting. They wear a leather jacket with spikes on the shoulders, which doesn’t bring any existing character to mind. Lastly, it’s important to note that the character’s gender is not certain. If they are male, they could be related to the Lumen Sages from the first game.

Fans have stated that the red moon and white hair point to Dante from the Devil May Cry series. It’s possible, but the outline itself points away from the pizza-loving demon slayer.
