Counter-Strike: Global Offensive veteran Jaroslaw “pashaBiceps” Jarząbkowski has made an unlikely appearance among rosters for PGL Major Stockholm.

Tournament organizers’ precautionary measures to ensure player safety at PGL major has led teams to come up with some surprising names as stand-ins. Every team has registered a sixth player in case any members of the starting roster get disqualified amid health corners during the biggest CSGO even of the year.

While all teams brought in unexpected players to stand in, Jarosław “pashaBiceps” Jarząbkowski name caught the attention of a loyal CSGO fanbase. “Papito” might be returning to pro play in Team Liquid’s color for PGL major.

Team Liquid isn’t the only team that has rung up a legendary player for the most prominent major of CSGO. G2 Esports turned to the AWP maestro Kenny “kennyS” Schrub to register as the sixth man, adding an exciting twist to the PGL major storyline.

What’s Team Liquid’s roster for PGL major Stockholm?

Team Liquid will field the same old roster of five with the addition of full-time streamer PashaBiceps. The CSGO legend will act as the sixth lifeline for Team Liquid for the 2021 major. Here’s Team Liquid’s registered lineup.

  • Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski
  • Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo
  • Keith “NAF” Markovic
  • Jacky “Stewie2K” Yip
  • Michael “Grim” Wince
  • Jaroslaw “pashaBiceps” Jarząbkowski

Is pashaBiceps returning to pro CSGO?

It is unlikely fans will see him in action at PGL Major Stockholm. However, this is the first time Pasha has formally registered himself as a pro player for a major event since he retired.

PashaBiceps hung his mouse in 2019 but soon signed with Team Liquid as a streamer and content creator. However, it seems that we have not seen the last of the legendary player and his biceps. The veteran has been flexing his skills off the stage, which means he’s not entirely out of practice. Pasha makes a good stand-in option for Team Liquid, as he’s known for being one of the best CSGO professional players to grace the servers.

The 32-year old will make an appearance if one of the members gets disqualified due to health reasons. The “legend” roster will start performing at the tournament on October 30th.
