How to locate Lava Caves in LEGO Fortnite

Lava caves in LEGO Fortnite are rife with danger and enemies, but they are worth a visit if you’re looking for rare loot to grow your village. 

LEGO Fortnite has an easily maneuverable map, but some locations are hidden behind rocks and boulders. They don’t even appear on the map until you step into the location. Lava caves are one of those rare spots that house rare items. Unfortunately, they are complex to find and even more challenging to survive. 

However, there are some ways to find the Lava Caves and survive in them.

Where are Lava Caves in LEGO Fortnite?

Lava Caves are not marked on the map, but it’s easy to find them with a sharp eye. They are often hidden behind boulders or sandy spots. 

• Lava Caves can only be found in Desert Biomes.
• Areas with a large amount of rocks or canyons hide passageways to Lava Caves. 
• Explore areas where there are lava bats or enemies emerging from tunnels. 

You have discovered the Lava Cave, but now what? Surviving in extreme temperatures is extremely difficult and may even lead to quick death. However, these precautions can help you gather enough loot before rushing out. 

• Eat a Snow Berry 
• Craft a Cool-Headed Charm.
• Wear Obsidian Armor to shield against lava damage.
• Knotroot, Potions, and Food help restore health.

Another precaution you must take is to keep a distance from enemies and attack them from afar. For this purpose, it’s worth carrying a bow and arrow. Lava Caves are brimming with Blasters and Sand Rollers that are highly dangerous. When they die, they drop valuable loot for you to pick.
