Apex Legends Unshackled event

If you’ve been planning to return to Apex Legends, now is the time. Popular game mode Flashpoint and some new exciting rewards have been announced for the new Unshackled event.

Apex Legends has a massive player base dedicated to the ranked grind and the game’s immersive lore. But the ranking system can be a bit tedious, driving some players away from the game. Apex Legends events help keep players tied to the game who are eager to collect free items and rewards. At least three events are announced per season to keep players engaged.

Warriors Collection has just wrapped up, and an exciting new event is already upon us. Unshackled will mark the return of fan-favorite LTM Flashpoint, which is both deadly and entertaining.

What is Flashpoint in Apex Legends?

Developer Respawn has introduced plenty of creative game modes that pit players against each other in the deadly arena. But Flashpoint is the deadliest Apex Legends game mode so far.

The healing event was first introduced in 2020 during the Aftermarket collection event. Since then, it has become a player favorite for its fast pace and competitive punch. This limited event blocks out all healing abilities in Apex Legends. Players must fend for themselves by entering a risky area.

The healing zone replaces medic kits, where all legends must gather to get patched up. It’s both dangerous and rewarding, as this healing area is unlimited and free for all. But players must fight in order to load up their health tanks. For the Unshackled event, the Flashpoint LTM will be playable on the sabotaged map Olympus.

The game mode will last for two weeks before it ends with the event. Players can hop into the deadly mode on April 19.

Apex Legends Unshackled event rewards

The new Unshackled event brings two separate reward trackers for each week, which only spells good things for players. The two sets will run from April 19-26 and April 26-May 3 while featuring separate rewards. The first will feature the unique prizes, including:

The second set will reward players with:

The new event will introduce 40 new cosmetic items around the Unshackled theme. Not only that, but players can also craft Unshackled items with crafting metals. After two seasons, crafting metal costs of Unshackled Items may be reduced.
