How to fix “Sorry you’re currently prevented from playing online” error in Palworld

To fix this error on XBox, simply update Palworld. 

• Go to the Xbox dashboard and select My Games & Apps menu.
• Scroll down to Manage and then select Updates
• If you see the update, you can start the download manually.
• If you don’t see the update, head back to your Games
• Press the Options button on Palworld
• Select Manage Game and add-ons
• Choose Updates

This should update Palward on Xbox and fix the error. 

PC players shouldn’t encounter this error, as this is specific to Xbox, but in rare cases, players should verify game integrity. 

1. Go to the Steam game library and find Palworld
2. Open settings and go to Installed Files
3. Select Verify integrity of game files
4. Run Palworld-Win64-Shipping.ex
5. Launch the game as an administrator

The game should now run smoothly. But if it doesn’t, then the game server is likely down. It’s worth checking the game status before applying more fixes.
