Emily “Emiru” has decided to embrace her voice, even comparing it to the Moist Man himself, Charles “Cr1TiKaL” White.

In a recent live broadcast on Twitch, the League of Legends streamer opened up about her insecurities when it comes to her own voice. According to Emiru, she’s recently been getting a lot of comments regarding her voice and how it sounds like other people, including famous content creator and streamer Cr1TiKaL.

“I don’t find that insulting at all. You can compare my voice to whoever you want,” Emiru said.

According to Emiru, her voice used to be her “biggest insecurity” but now she just doesn’t care. She said that she sounds like a dude who is pissed or about to cry.

“It gives me character,” Emiru added.

Emiru then decided to lower her voice to embody Cr1TiKaL, going into a funny monologue.

“Hey guys, what’s up. It’s Moist Cr1TiKaL here. We made sure to inject extra moisture into this one,” Emiru said, ending with his signature “yeah, baby, let’s go.”

On Reddit, the streaming community favorably compared Emiru’s voice to Cr1TiKaL. While some felt her impersonation was spot on, others felt that their voices were completely different but that they just had a similar manner of speaking. Either way, fans were impressed with her confidence and the embodiment of Cr1TiKaL, one of YouTube and Twitch’s most beloved personalities.

Is Emiru a boy or a girl?

Also known as C9 Egg on Twitter, Emiru is a woman. She is well known for her impressive cosplays, including a gender-bending cosplay of The Legend of Zelda star Link. The confusion some people have about Emiru being a woman likely comes from her famous Link cosplays. But Emiru has embraced the joke, often sharing memes about some people’s confusion. And now she’s even copying Cr1TiKaL on stream.
