Rap superstar and the real Slim Shady himself, Eminem, is coming to Fortnite.
Marshall Mathers, better known by his stage name Eminem, is one of the biggest figures in rap. Fortnite is no stranger to high-profile music collaborations, with artists from the Wu-Tang Clan to Ariana Grande having skins in the game. The Eminem skin will launch as a part of Chapter 4’s live event, The Big Bang.
Eminem is getting his very own skin in Fortnite as a part of the Big Bang event that will conclude the battle royale’s fourth Chapter. Apparently, the end of Chapter 4 will focus on a music-centric event, with Eminem as the headliner. According to leakers, there will be three outfits based on characters played by the rappers in his music videos. These will be Rap Boy, the Boy Wonder-inspired look, Slim Shady, complete with the bleached blond hair, and Marshall Never More.
The live event for Big Bang will apparently include an exclusive earnable style for the Marshall Never More skin. According to reputable leaker ShiinaBR, the Marshall Magma skin, which shows Marshall Never More with lava cracking from beneath his skin, will be this exclusive. This will be locked to players who attended the Big Bang live event, according to Shiina.
Fortnite has continued to wow fans with increasingly large collaborations. The game has been tying in everything from incredibly popular anime series to musical artists, movies, and more. According to another leaker, iFireMonkey, November 29 will be the day when the Fortnite Eminem cosmetics become available. The specifics of the Big Bang event haven’t been announced yet, but the leaks seem to be entirely correct.
The Big Bang event will happen on December 2nd, ushering out Fortnite Chapter 4. The skins should become available beforehand, allowing fans to purchase them in time to get the Marshall Magma skin.
