Legendary AWPer Kenny “KennyS” Schrub may be flying under the radar since stepping down from G2 Esports, but he’s actively sharing game knowledge with his fans. His recent wallbang on Nuke will blow your mind.
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive has a few timeless maps that have enjoyed special status among the players. Nuke is one of the oldest maps in CSGO, but players still find it tricky to play in competitive games. Despite its long history, Nuke’s complicated two-story design is tough to master, sound cues are hard to decipher, and Terrorists can barely break through the site. For all of these reasons, pushing and picking duels isn’t a good idea on Nuke.
KennyS showed an incredible wallbang from A site that will help you get bonus kills without putting yourself in danger. This may come in handy on both the Counter-Terrorist and Terrorist sides.
On one of his recent streams, the AWPer shot down the Terrorists on a ramp through A site’s wall with a smooth headshot. You can also replicate it in-game by standing in heaven and aiming at the wall on the right side. Scope in and place your aim in the middle of the wall, above the second yellow bar. This seems like random one-shot spam that you can hit anywhere in heaven.
Nuke has tons of wall bang lineups due to its wooden doors and paper-thin walls, but this one is relatively new. Even kennyS was a bit surprised that he got a kill, while his teammate refused to believe him.
“You killed a guy ramp (through the wall)? I don’t believe you,” KennyS’ teammate said.
This unique wallbang can help the AWPer protect A site better by bagging an early-round kill. Nuke is already a CT-sided map, and this wall-bang will surely help you gain an edge over enemies early on in the round.
KennyS currently holds the record for most kills in CSGO. The former G2 Esports pro player has registered 36,895 kills in his career, which is the highest in CSGO. Patrik “f0rest” Lindberg placed second with 36,628 kills, followed by Nathan “NBK-” Schmitt, Jesper “JW” Wecksell , and Janusz “Snax” Pogorzelski. These five are some of the oldest and most successful players in CSGO history and have secured dozens of titles under their belts.
