All eight Overwatch League expansion teams have now announced their official branding.

The eight additional teams were added after the success of Season 1 of the Overwatch League, bringing the total team count for Season 2 to 20.

Each of the previous 12 teams had been split into Atlantic and Pacific divisions for the purpose of matchmaking and for the All-Stars competition. Joining the Atlantic division alongside the inaugural champion London Spitfire will be Paris Eternal, Atlanta Reign, Washington Justice, and Toronto Defiant.

Coincidentally, each of the new Atlanta Division teams have red in the brand’s colors, though they all have very distinctive logos with other varying colors mixing things up. Washington Justice, for example, have modeled their branding on the American Flag with a red and blue motive with white stars.

The three Chinese teams, Chengdu Hunters, Guangzhou Charge and Hangzhou, have joined the Pacific division alongside Seoul Dynasty and Dallas Fuel. Joining them as the fourth team is the Vancouver Titans, opposing fellow Canadian team Toronto Defiant.

When the Hangzhou Spark announced their branding during November, the color palette gained a lot of attention on social media for being the first and only team in OWL to utilize the color pink. The team’s other colours, light blue and white, happen to match the flag used by the LGBT community to represent those who are transgender. This garnered some additional support for the Chinese team, though it’s unknown if the matching choice of color was intentional.

Overwatch League Season 2 starts on February 14. Hangzhou Spark will be the first of the expansion teams to take to the stage as they battle the Shanghai Dragons.
