In GTA Online, you will need money to get your life in the game going — very much like real life. You need money to start your business and to sign up for races. Getting started can be difficult without guidance but we’ll tell you how to get money in GTA Online.

There are no shortcuts in GTA Online when it comes to money — you must work for it. But the game offers different options to players that want to get some funds.

Interestingly enough, the easiest way to get money in GTA Online doesn’t involve playing at all. Players who link their Prime Gaming account to their GTA Online account will receive $500,000 every month. The bonus might include other items if there is an update in the game.

How to get money in GTA Online

In-game heists are one of the most common ways to get money your hands on some cash. These missions are available to players with a high-end apartments. If you have a friend that qualifies, ask them to invite you to a heist. Some heists require ownership of certain properties.

If you purchase the Auto Shop business, you can get started on the Impounded Car setup mission and unlock the job board. There will be different missions, these robbery contracts can be completed by a solo player.

Another property that can help you get jobs is an Agency. Through the computer, you can take security contracts. The mission can vary between recovering items, protecting assets, or a good old rescue mission. The more difficult the task, the higher the pay.

As you complete missions and acquire properties, new opportunities will become available. One example is the payphone hits. If you come across a ringing payphone, do not hesitate to pick it up. You will get a target, and upon completion, you’ll receive your payment. Another method to get this type of job is calling Franklin directly.
