Here are three different builds you can try out for United Combat, Duel Mode, or Combat Ordeal. If you need to find the Colosseums,

Rivers of Blood Katana
The Rivers of Blood Katana is a classic Elden Ring weapon, a powerful and light Katana that stacks bleed exceptionally fast while keeping its wielder nimble and hard to pin down. Maximize Vigor, Dexterity, and Endurance in order to keep yourself tanky, mobile, and able to dish out damage with the katana. In your offhand, the Uchigatana or Nagakiba with the Seppuku weapon art. This combination will make your rapid burst of attacks able to chunk out opponents’ health with devastatingly fast bleed procs. For armor, use the White Mask Armor and Black Raptor Talons chest piece in combination with the Lord of Blood’s Exultation Talisman.
One-Shot Mega Mage
Early on in Elden Ring, players saw clips of players decimating bosses in mere seconds thanks to a powerful combination of magical abilities. Max out Intelligence, Mind, and Endurance, with Vigor last. This build’s power is built around the Comet Azur spell, combining Lusat’s Glintstone Staff, Lusat’s Glintstone Crown with the Snow Witch, or Raya Lucarian Sorcerer Set.
From there, pile on the Graven-School Talisman and Cerulean Amber Medallion to maximize your Comet Azure’s damage. This build is likely best in combination with teammates who can keep you safe and buy time for you to one-shot enemies.
Guardian Angel Healer Build
This one is unusual for Elden Ring PvP builds but is likely best in the United Combat mode where you can support friends. Focus on Faith and Intelligence if you plan to use the Law of Regression with healing spells like Erdtree Heal and Lord’s Heal. Additionally, you can buff your allies’ defenses with Protection of the Erdtree and similar spells.
Slower healing spells like Blessing’s Boon and Blessing of the Erdtree are also excellent choices, as is Law of Regression to cleanse your allies’ negative abilities. You won’t get much glory on your own this way, but you’ll be a highly valued member of an Elden Ring PvP team in the Colosseum.
