Leak reveals Powerpuff Girls and more characters in MultiVersus

MultiVersus’ closed alpha was a smashing success, and it still has more to offer. According to a credible leaker, new characters are already making their way to 2022’s wildest crossover.

The year’s hottest and most-anticipated free-to-play crossover was a massive hit among the few lucky players who got into alpha. As the release date draws closer, fans are growing eager to know more about WarnerBros’ unique fighting game. Heroes, villains, and multiple trailers are already out there for all to enjoy, and more is coming.

MultiVersus leaker hugeleakeractually has previously made many accurate predictions and revelations about Warner Bros.’ new game. This time, the leaker has revealed a new list of characters making way to the multiverse. According to them, The Powerpuff Girls are among the many who are set to enter the punishing battlegrounds.

Will there be new characters in MultiVersus?

Yes. Many more characters will be continually added to MultiVersus. The developer confirmed that the game would also have upcoming content-filled seasons for players to enjoy, and that these seasons could feature a variety of new content.

While players are already reassured about new content, hugeleakeractually has revealed what exactly is cooking for the MultiVersus character roster. These characters should be spawned in MultiVersus once the game is released.

Samurai Jack – Samurai Jack
The Powerpuff Girls – The Powerpuff Girls (all one fighter)
The Animaniacs – The Animaniacs (all one fighter)
Duck Dodgers/Daffy Duck – Looney Tunes
Scorpion – Mortal Kombat
Ben 10 – Ben 10
Ted Lasso – Ted Lasso

All of these characters and more will be available to play at launch. The exact release date is unknown, but players should expect unique content in open beta as well. So far, the mention of Daffy, Ben10, and Powerpuff Girls has piqued the players’ interest in MultiVersus, which has already won many hearts during its alpha phase.

If the leaks are to be believed, MultiVersus would have an extended roster of characters. The closed alpha already had 16 heroes, and data miners have previously confirmed 12 more characters to come, including Joker, LeBron James, Morty, and others. The new leak adds seven more to the potential roster, showing that MultiVersus is about to get even more wild.

The exact release date of MultiVersus is unknown, but it will be available to play sometime in 2022. The closed beta has already started, and players should expect to get their hands on WarnerBros.’ highly-anticipated platform fighter sometime in the latter half of the year.
