Want to test the newest action MMO before it finally releases in the United States?

Lost Ark is one of the most popular MMORPGs in Asia but it’s just now becoming available in North America. Tripod Studios and Smilegate are giving fans a chance to preview the game before the official release. There are two different ways of getting access to the beta.

The only way to guarantee access to the Lost Ark beta test is to pre-order the game. There are several different tiers of pre-order but all of them grant early access to Lost Ark before its official release. Both sets of Lost Ark bundles are available through Amazon and Steam.

The cheapest way to get into the Lost Ark beta test is by purchasing a bronze founder’s pack. Bronze is the cheapest tier, coming in at $14.99 on both platforms. That pack includes beta access, a three-day head start on the official release, some cosmetics, and 30 days of Crystalline Aura which provides a bunch of small benefits.

As for the exact dates for the beta, the developers behind Lost Ark haven’t published any official dates. Official Lost Ark social media has been teasing a beta for weeks now. The beta test should begin sometime in September at the latest. The official release is currently planned for December 31, 2021.

How to join the Lost Ark beta for free

If you don’t feel like shelling out cash for an unreleased game, you have one other option for playing in the Lost Ark beta. On the official Lost Ark website, there’s a small button in the top right that says “Tester Sign Up.” Clicking on that link will prompt you to sign in using an Amazon account. This will enter you for a chance to access the Lost Ark beta test.

There’s no guarantee that players who use this method will get access to the beta test. Testers appear to be randomly selected. If you want guaranteed access to the Lost Ark beta, you’ll have to shell out for a pre-order pack.
