The latest hit in the FPS genre, The Finals, is better when played with peers, but how do you invite friends to The Finals lobby?
Shooter games are no fun without friends. Fortunately, The Finals has multiplayer, allowing players to team up with skilled friends. Players across all platforms can invite each other regardless of their platforms. But, new players may have difficulty inviting friends to The Finals lobby.
Inviting friends to The Finals lobby is a simple process, but some players have experienced issues with it. Here’s how to invite friends:
It’s extremely simple to invite a friend to The Finals game lobby, but some players have experienced issues while doing so. Friends who have the game should appear online by default on the right side of the screen, but sometimes those who haven’t connected their IDs to Embark account may not appear.
If you’re experiencing the same issue, make sure your friends have connected their platform IDs to their Embark accounts. This means those who are on Steam or PlayStation or any platform must connect their IDs with Embark in order to add each other smoothly.
If your friends all have their accounts connected and you’re still running into issues, check if your crossplay is turned on. To do that, simply open the Settings menu in the top right corner of the screen, and you can toggle crossplay on and off from the “Network” tab.
Players must be 21 years of age or older or reach the minimum age for gambling in their respective state and located in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal. Please play responsibly.
