Diablo 4 is one of the few games where you go chasing the toughest opponents. Malignant Monsters might be evil, but they have hearts that happen to be a strong source of magic. To encounter these monsters, you will need a Wrathful Invoker.
The Malignant Hearts in
Diablo 4
come in four different varieties, with a distinct color each. These hearts can be inserted into jewelry of the same color to add bonuses. Out of the four, Wrathful Heart, which can be taken from Wrathful Malignant Monsters, is the most powerful. It literally grants superpowers.
Wrathful Hearts are rare and cannot be crafted. Hence, the need for a Wrathful Invoker and even that item is not guaranteed.
How to craft a Wrathful Malignant Invoker?
There is only one way to craft a Wrathful Malignant Invoker, and success is a matter of luck. At Cormond’s workbench in Kyovoshad, you will find the option at the bottom of the menu.
There, you will have the option to craft an “Uncertain Invoker.” It can drop one of the four varieties:
Vicious – Red
Brutal – Blue
Devious – Purple
Wrathful – Different colors
There is no way to manipulate the odds and increase your chances of crafting a Wrathful Invoker.
Once you obtain the Wrathful Invoker, head to a Malignant Tunnel and complete it. In the final room, you can activate the Invoker, and a monster will surface. Defeat it and claim the heart.
An alternative method to get a Wrathful Heart is
by facing the Echo of Varshan. In the main story, once you face Varshan, you will receive a Wrathful Heart. After that, it is possible to face Varshan again using the Invoker of Varshan. However, this method is not guaranteed either since the encounters with Varshan are also decided by random odds.
