The company has announced the Icon series for Bugha, who became the first Fortnite World Cup solo champion in 2019, winning $3 million at the age of 16. The pro player didn’t stop there. Bugha continued to dominate Fortnite’s competitive scene, becoming an icon for many.
After Bugha’s victory at Fortnite’s greatest platform, Epic Games introduced a couple of icon series, starting with Ninja’s upbeat outfit. Streamers and content creators were also enshrined with the legendary “icon” title. However, fans eagerly waited for Bugha to finally make the cut.
Epic Games has listened to the community and introduced a new competitive LTM alongside Bugha skin and cosmetics. Players will be able to grab the Ninja skin in the Fortnite shop starting Thursday, January 16.
