Apex Legends mobile has finally been released with a shiny new battle pass featuring exclusive skins and in-game cosmetics.

After much anticipation, the mobile variant of popular battle royale Apex Legends is finally here. 10 countries can enjoy the exclusive content on their phone screens before the worldwide release. So far, soft launch Apex players love the application for its smooth interface and enjoyable game modes. However, it’s the unique battle pass that has been talked about the most.

According to players, the skins on Apex Legends mobile are better than they ever were in the PC version. The upbeat skins are unique and much different than the standard Apex Legends. Now, PC players are eager to get their hands on the mobile version.

What’s in Apex Legends Mobile battle pass?

There’s tons of stuff in the new Apex Legends Mobile battle pass for players to sink their teeth into. Most importantly, the pass includes both in-game cosmetics from the PC version and new items exclusive to mobile.

Two versions of the battle pass are available, dubbed premium and premium plus. The premium price is almost half of the plus pass, which grants an 80% XP bonus. By grinding through all 60 tiers, players can unlock the golden version of the new Lifeline skin. Unlike any Apex Legends PC skin, it includes glossy jewelry and a unique “Apex” branded headpiece.

Apart from this, the battle pass includes skins for legends including Bangalore, Octane, and more. Unique banners and weapon skins have also been added to the battle pass. Unlike its PC counterpart, Apex Legends Mobile doesn’t have every agent. There are only eight playable agents right now, alongside Caustic who can be played by buying the battle pass. The publisher may roll out the remaining characters in future Apex Legends Mobile battle passes.

The battle pass also includes a Syndicate gold, equivalent to Apex coin in PC. Free rewards include a badge, weapon charm, and banner frame.

Worth noting is that the Apex Legends Mobile battle pass available at the moment may be different than the one available at launch. A lot may change when the game comes out of open beta. For now, PC and console fans of Apex Legends are envious of the legend skins that are much polished and stylish. Plenty of mobile content is exclusive and players are hoping for it to arrive on PC as well. Or at the very least, hope to see the quality of skins get a comparable improvement for the full version.

How to play Apex Legends Mobile

It’s pretty simple to get access to Apex Legends Mobile. If you’re in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, you should be able to download the application from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store to sign up.

Players in other regions should see the game become available over the coming weeks. The game will be free-to-play with the ability to pick up cosmetics for real-life cash.
