A first look at the 2020 DAMWON Gaming World Champion skins
The DAMWON Gaming 2020 World Championship skins have finally been revealed and they are looking to be a banger.
After several months of waiting, fans now have the first look at the DAMWON Gaming skins. The skins are rewarded to DAMWON Gaming for winning the 2020 World Championship. As per tradition, all five winning players get to choose a champion that they want a skin for. This year, the champions chosen are signature champions from the DAMWON Gaming players and will be presented with a smooth blue theme.
The five champions that will receive a 2020 World Championship cosmetic are Kennen, Nidalee, Twisted Fate, Jhin, and Leona. All these champions had a significant impact on DAMWON Gaming’s dominant win at Worlds and are all champions that can be played in the current meta.
Most notably is former DAMWON top laner Jang “Nuguri” Ha-gwon, who chose Kennen for his skin after making big plays at the Worlds stage on that exact champion. Furthermore, Nuguri has been wanting a raccoon skin that suits his in-game name and now that will become reality.
Nuguri is the only player from the 2020 DAMWON squad who isn’t playing under DWG KIA in 2021. Nuguri chose to move to the LPL and play for FunPlus Phoenix, who is now competing in the 2021 LPL Spring Split playoffs. The rest of the DAMWON squad is still going strong in the LCK, currently looking to dominate the 2021 LCK Spring Split playoffs after a strong regular split.
After seeing the first reveal of the five skins, fans should expect more information in the near future.
What are the 2020 World Championship skins?
The 2020 World Championship skins include a champion for each DAMWON Gaming player from the Worlds lineup. Every player chose a champion that they used at the championship. Here are the five skins.

- Kim “Canyon” Geon-bu – Nidalee
- Heo “ShowMaker” Su – Twisted Fate
- Jang “Ghost” Yong-jun – Jhin

When are the 2020 World Championship skins being released?
The exact release for the 2020 World Championship skins is still unknown, but fans should expect them to arrive shortly. Before the skins can be released to the live servers, they have to be tested on the Public Beta Environment (PBE) for at least two weeks.

Wasif Ahmed
T1 just beat Karmine Corp 3-0 in the play-in stage of the 2026 Mid-Season Invitational. More importantly, T1 turned KC’s strengths into weaknesses. The bot lane and teamfight prowess that shone in the LEC were no match this time. The match started with Karmine Corp picking a disrespectful draft, blind picking three immobile squishies. Right off the bat, a botched invade put their jungle and bot lane at a disadvantage. ...

While it doesn’t get nearly as much attention as Riot-organized leagues and events, LCK powerhouses still participate in it. 2025’s KeSPA Cup is still fairly fresh since it took place in December. This year’s tournament ...
