SK Gaming is reportedly looking to pick up Jezu, TynX, and Blue
SK Gaming might look to make a lot of offseason changes going into the 2021 LEC season.
The offseason rumors have made its way to SK, a team that is reportedly looking to pick up three new players for the upcoming season.
According to Esportmaniacos, SK is looking to pick up Misfits Premier bot laner Jean “Jezu” Massol, LDLC jungler Kristian “TynX” Hansen, and 1907 Fenerbahce mid laner Ersin “Blue” Gören.
The three players have been performing well outside of the LEC in 2020 and are considered some of the most talented rookies out there. If rumors are true, it would leave current bot laner Juš “Crownshot”
Marušič, mid laner Dirk “ZaZee” Mallner, and jungler Kim “Trick” Gang-yun off the team after a poor 2020 season.
All three players will be out of their current contract with SK starting November 16, allowing them to look for other options. Crownshot and ZaZee especially, have already reportedly been in talks with other LEC teams so it’s likely that the two will remain in the league from 2021.
I’m still contracted to SK, but regardless I’m allowed to explore my options.
Open to hear offers from LEC/LCS Teams.

SK Gaming looking at rookie talent for 2021 LEC season
With three new potential players on the team, SK will be looking to develop three LEC rookies in the 2021 season. A lot of talented players are waiting in the European leagues to get a shot at the LEC stage and SK might be the ones to bet big on those players.
All three rumored players have proven themselves in their respective leagues. Blue has been playing in the TCL since May where he got promoted from Fenerbahce Academy to the main roster. Even though the team ended with a disappointing 7th place-finish, Blue was the shining light of the roster. The young mid laner has a deep champion pool and a mechanical level that will get him far under the right supervision.
TynX and Jezu are also big talents that have done well in the French LFL this season. Together with LDLC, TynX won the 2020 LFL Spring Split followed up with a victory at the 2020 European Masters Spring event. Jezu and his team Misfits Premier have been right behind TynX in the LFL, with a third-place finish in both spring and summer. Jezu did get his revenge in the LFL 2020 Finals though, where he and the rest of his team took the trophy to round up the year.
With three potential new players on the team, SK will likely be keeping top laner Janik “Jenax” Bartels and support Dino “LIMIT” Tot. The two players are still young but have some LEC experience that can be very useful with three new players on the team. On paper, the team has a lot of potential but it all depends on how well the rookies will perform on the big stage.
New contracts can be signed from November 16 where the player free agency window opens.
