Preparing for battle

Trainers must prepare carefully for this raid, as Infernape’s mix of speed and powerful moves makes it a formidable Pokemon to face. Key factors to consider are as follows:

  • Iron Fist-boosted moves
    • Expect to see boosted punching moves like Mach Punch, Fire Punch, and Thunder Punch, all of which will deal extra damage.
  • Rock-type attacks
    • Infernape’s Rock-type Tera form will likely come with moves such as Stone Edge or Rock Slide to take full advantage of its Tera type.
  • Low defense but high speed
    • Although Infernape has lower defenses, its high speed and attack stats will allow it to dish out a flurry of attacks before players can react.
  • Vulnerabilities
    • Infernape is weak to Water, Ground, and Fighting-type moves, making them the most effective strategies for success.

With Infernape’s combination of powerful punches and Rock-type moves, careful team selection and strategy will be essential to secure victory. Trainers have two chances to challenge this fiery opponent and earn the prestigious Mightiest Mark.
