Here's Back 4 Blood’s Tunnels of Terror DLC release date, time

Back 4 Blood is getting some DLC in the immediate future, with Tunnels of Terrors releasing on Tuesday, April 12, 2022.

Tunnels of Terror is Back 4 Blood’s first proper expansion, bringing a whole new suite of Ridden-filled gauntlets for players to sprint, shoot, and slash through. The new expansion takes players deep below the surface of Back 4 Blood’s original offerings into Ridden Hive caves filled with zombie-like fodder for the horde survival shooter.

Back 4 Blood Tunnels of Terror release date, time

The Tunnels of Terror expansion for Back 4 Blood will launch on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at approximately 10 a.m. PT.

People won’t need to stay up late to get into the action. The gameplay trailer shows the same high-octane action that made players fans of Back 4 Blood in the first place. Alongside new enemy variants and brand new locales to explore, the new expansion will bring some new weapons for players to utilize against the Ridden.

What platforms can you play on?

The Back 4 Blood Tunnels of Terror DLC can be played on the same systems as the original Back 4 Blood. The game is available on Xbox ONE, Xbox Series X/S, PS5, PS4, Steam, and the Epic Store. Back 4 Blood has been a breath of fresh air for zombie game fans who haven’t had much of note since Left 4 Dead 2 itself.

If the subterranean play fantasy draws you in, the rest of Back 4 Blood’s regular offerings are sure to be an excellent bonus. The zombie shooter from Turtle Rock Studios has leaned into old-school cooperative shooter mechanics with some unique twists to allow more customization and player expression in the ways that they play and slay unthinking hordes.
