Apparel manufacturer Fanatics has revealed the most popular purchased jerseys from the Overwatch League since the start of Season 2’s first stage.

The announcement revealed seven replica player jerseys across six of the 20 teams competing in the 2019 season.

The most frequently sold item is the jersey for Atlanta Reign player Daniel “Dafran” Francesca. A popular streamer who joined the league for Season 2, it seems as though Dafran’s fanbase is eager to show the Danish player their support. Dafran addressed the honor on Twitter, stating that having the top selling jersey was a “big nice.”

Inaugural season MVP Sung-hyeon “JJoNak” Bang has the second most popular jersey on the online store. The New York Excelsior player earned his popularity in Season 1 with his skilled play on Zenyatta. Los Angeles Gladiator Lane “Surefour” Roberts took the third position on the best selling list.

“The fact that I have the 3rd most sold jersey while being on the same team as last year is actually pretty insane,” Surefour said.

Chinese teams Hangzhou Spark and Shanghai Dragons have players in the fourth and fifth slots. The Spark’s Xu “guxue” Qiulin has the fourth most popular jersey, while Se-yeon “Geguri” Kim honours the Dragons. Geguri is currently the only active female pro player in the Overwatch League.

The final two positions revealed by Fanatics were both from the Philadelphia Fusion. DPS player Jae-hyeok “Carpe” Lee and tank player Gael “Poko” Gouzerch ranked in with the sixth and seventh most popular jerseys, respectively.

Fanatics have not revealed individual sales numbers for the jerseys, so it is unclear just how many jerseys have actually been sold. It’s also unknown how close each position on the list is to the others, or how the rankings fluctuate. Fanatics currently only ships from the United States, somewhat limiting sales numbers to a primarily American audience. With a new European store set to open in May, these numbers could change.

Many European fans have stated in response to Fanatics that they are unwilling to pay the shipping prices from the United States. Supporters of London Spitfire and Paris Eternal in particular have stated that they will be waiting until the second shipping location opens before making their purchases.
