The lab equipment can be obtained by completing a freeroam mission and stealing the equipment from a warehouse. In the process, you will encounter enemies.
Once you have the truck and the equipment, it is time to assemble it. Talk to Mutt and ask him to assemble the lab for you. If you are a GTA+ subscriber, it is free, but if you are not, the job will cost you $750,000. Mutt can also get the supplies for the lab, each purchase will cost you $60,000. Players need at least three resupplies to get a full stock of products.
Upgrades for the lab are available for $250,000. This upgrade increases the value of the product, making it easy to recover the invested money.
