Why Mang0 was banned from Ludwig's Mogul Moves events

Super Smash Bros. Melee player Joseph “Mang0” Marquez has been banned from popular streamer Ludwig’s Mogul Moves events after getting intoxicated and seemingly harassing multiple women in attendance.
The Mario Kart drinking game, Beerio Kart, is popular among streamers who use it as a means to loosen up and entertain viewers, many of whom love it because of the amusing scenarios that can play out as streamers find themselves under the influence. Ludwig Ahgren recently hosted the game and broadcasted a livestream of it, but things took a turn for the worse some time into the stream.
Mang0 appeared to be behaving inappropriately during the stream, making other streamers uncomfortable and riling up viewers. The Smash Bros player was particularly bothersome to some of the event’s female participants. Many fans want Mang0 to take accountability for his actions and also asked Ludwig to call him out as the host of the event.
What happened to Mang0 at Ludwig Twitch event?
Streamer Ludwig hosted a Beerio Kart livestream, and Mang0 appeared drunk while displaying significant inappropriate behavior throughout, making multiple female streamers uncomfortable.
Ludwig hosted an event attended by multiple popular streamers, but the livestream went viral for the wrong reasons. Melee pro Mang0 is in the crosshairs of many fans because of his inappropriate actions taken during the stream. Mang0 was visibly drunk and repeatedly mimed humping streamer Maya Higa’s head. Maya was noticeably uncomfortable with the behavior and tried her best to get away from Mang0, but that didn’t stop the Melee player from persisting in his actions.

Maya wasn’t the only streamer affected by Mango0’s behavior as he even grabbed Emily “ExtraEmily” Xuechun Zhang’s hair, which was stopped only when Ludwig stepped in directly. Mang0 also put a cardboard cut-out of himself between himself and some female streamers before making thrusting motions. The streamers and viewers alike could see that Mang0 was too drunk even for this looser event.
Mang0 has since tweeted an apology on his X account and blamed his actions on his having had too much to drink. He stated that he doesn’t want to use his drunkenness as an excuse, but that it was a fact. The Melee player went on to say he’ll apologize to everyone he made uncomfortable and that he would “reevaluate his relationship with alcohol.”
Many have reacted negatively to the apology and claimed that being drunk doesn’t mean someone can sexually harass others, while others have pointed to Mang0’s extensive history of such indulgence.
Ludwig talked about the incident in a follow-up stream and announced that Mang0 will no longer be invited to Mogul Moves events. He said the events are for having a good time and that it’s a privilege to be able to go. The streamer went on to say he can’t talk about repercussions Mang0 may face elsewhere, and that he’s only worried about his own events and can only speak to them.
