Start of streaming
Mizkif started off small in 2016 with a YouTube channel where he uploaded videos about Twitch streamers. He had a limited audience, and his career growth was substantially slow, but the streamer’s on-stream antics resonated with fans. Mizkif also caught the attention of IRL streamer Paul “Ice Poseidon” Denino, who hired him as a cameraman.
This was an opportune moment as it brought Mizkif into the real streaming world and also allowed him to get exposure by streaming with a popular IRL creator. The streamer also created a Twitch channel around this time and started to stream World of Warcraft content. The American streamer then started to rise, and even began collaborating with other creators such as Zach “Asmongold” Hoyt and Tim “Esfand” Esfandiar.

2020 was a massively successful year for Mizkif, as he started to play games such as Minecraft and Super Mario 64 and was reportedly averaging roughly 10,000 concurrent viewers. While his gaming streams were popular, Mizkif’s reaction and Just Chatting streams were a bigger hit; the streamer even hosted game shows and started to collaborate with even more creators.
Mizkif started to receive significant mainstream exposure and he even made more than $5,000 during a sleeping stream. He gave interviews, stating that while streaming can be draining, the sleeping stream was easy as he was simply being watched while asleep. During the same year, Mizkif was reportedly the third-most-watched streamer on Twitch. 2020 marked the year when the creator transitioned from a gaming streamer to a variety creator.
In 2021, Mizkif hit the 1 million Twitch follower milestone, and also appeared in the Twitch data leaks, showing that he allegedly generated an estimated $2 million in earnings. Mizkif also won the Best Just Chatting Streamer at The Streamers Awards 2021. However, despite reaching the peak of his success, this is also the time when the streamer started to fall off.
Co-founded OTK, left due to controversies
Mizkif and Emiru
Mizkif co-founded OTK alongside other popular creators, such as Asmongold, in 2020. This was when his content was booming, and he was collaborating with multiple personalities at the peak of his powers. However, just after two years, Mizkif found himself in controversy because of accusations of mishandling a sensitive matter. But no evidence was found, and Mizkif was seemingly reinstated in the organization.
2023 saw the streamer run into trouble with Twitch. He was banned twice and both suspensions were for watching questionable content, but they were short, and he returned to streaming as soon as they were lifted.
However, in 2025, news surfaced that Mizkif had been removed from OTK in 2023 because of altercations with other members. The American streamer apparently got physical with two members, and OTK had removed him from the organization. The streamer was issued a second notice in 2025, which severed his ties with OTK completely.
This report surfaced after OTK streamer Emily “Emiru” Schunk levied allegations against Mizkif. The move was largely seen as OTK distancing itself from Mizkif and officially announcing that he hadn’t been a part of the organization for some time.
Switch to Kick
Mizkif had repeatedly stated that he would never join Kick, and spoke out harshly against the platform’s owners. However, the streamer took a Stake sponsorship in 2025, and then made the switch from Twitch to Kick. The move surprised many fans, who questioned his motive, and some even went as far as to call Mizkif hypocritical.
Mizkif went on to share how much more money he was making on Kick, which may have been the driving factor in the streamer’s platform change. The streamer also made several claims about discussing Kick’s future with co-founder Eddie Craven and helping them with new features. Mizkif had also made an X post announcing that he was the head of product on Kick, but Eddie Craven asked him to delete the post, though he does seem so have some sway over the platform’s leadership as of 2026.
It remains to be seen what Mizkif does in the future, but he has already done two things he said he would never do. Firstly, he started to stream on Kick and is generating a substantial income. Secondly, the streamer has also expanded into the casino streaming category. If the streamer stays out of drama and continues to stream to a new audience, he may once again reach the heights of just a few years ago.
